As our wigs are handmade, the shipping time is 5 to 10 business days. During busy periods, this time may be longer.

Once your order is shipped, allow 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to receive it.

Made in France from 100% natural hair, all our wigs are pre-customized, styled and ready to wear.

It is recommended to wash your human hair wig every 10 to 20 days. Each wash wears out your wig, so avoid washing it more often than necessary. By using as few styling products as possible on your wig, you can wash it less frequently and extend its lifespan.
Before washing your wig, gently comb it to remove any tangles. Start at the ends of your hair and work your way down to the base.
It is not recommended to keep your wig on while you sleep. This can cause it to wear out more quickly and cause tangling. If it is glued on and you have to sleep in it, we recommend using a satin bonnet and protecting the lace with a headband.

Over time, your wig may shed some hair. This is a natural part of a wig's life cycle.
