WHAT IS MY RETURN WINDOW?
You have 14 days from receipt of your package to request a return or exchange, whatever the reason.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY WIG FOR ANOTHER?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your lace wig, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and if :
the wig is intact, unaltered and in its original packaging.
Simply contact us and we'll replace it to your complete satisfaction. You can exchange your wig for another, provided you pay the difference. This option is only available for wigs purchased from stock, not those custom made.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
IMPORTANT: you cannot return your wig if the lace has been cut, glued, altered, or if it was received more than 14 days ago.
The wig must be intact, in its original packaging, with all accessories.
Products returned incomplete, soiled, damaged or without their original packaging will not be reimbursed.
All returns, beyond this deadline and whatever the reason, will be refused.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
All returns must be requested by e-mail (lambertbeautylb@gmail.com) within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.
Once you've received your return authorization, send your item in perfect condition and in its entirety (including accessories) by registered Colissimo to the following address:

DOES A RETURN ENTAIL ANY COSTS FOR THE CUSTOMER?
All costs and risks associated with returns are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to avoid risks by making a return with tracking and insurance. A restocking fee of 1% of your order will be charged.
WHEN WILL I BE REIMBURSED?
Any validated return triggers immediate reimbursement of the amount corresponding to the price of the product(s) initially paid, as soon as the return package is received, by crediting the credit card used to pay for the order.
