What is my withdrawal period?

You have 7 days from the receipt of your package to request a return or exchange, whatever the reason.

Can I exchange my wig for another one?

Yes, within 7 days of receiving your lace wig, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and if the wig is intact, unaltered and in its original packaging.

Just let us know and we will replace it to ensure your complete satisfaction. You can exchange your wig for another one, provided you pay the difference. This possibility of return and exchange is only valid for wigs purchased in stock.

Can I get a refund?

IMPORTANT: you cannot return your wig if the lace has been cut, glued, altered, or if it was received more than 7 days ago.

The wig must be intact, in its original packaging, with all accompanying accessories.

Products returned incomplete, soiled, damaged or without their original packaging will not be refunded.

Any return, beyond this period and whatever the reason, will be refused.

How do I return my item?

All returns must first be requested by email (lambertbeautylb@gmail.com) and within 7 days of receipt of the package.

Once you have received your return authorization, send your item in perfect condition, and in its entirety (including accessories), using a traceable shipping method to the following address :

Is there a cost to the customer for a return?

The expenses and risks related to the return are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to avoid risks by sending the return with tracking.

When will I get my money back?

Any validated return triggers the immediate reimbursement, as of the reception of the package, by crediting the bank card used during the payment of the order, of the amount corresponding to the price of the product(s) initially paid.

The value date of the credit is not our responsibility and depends on your bank. In the event of a problem concerning this value date, it is advisable to contact your bank, after making sure that LAMBERT BEAUTY has indeed made the refund.
