When will I receive my order?

IMPORTANT : 3x payments sometimes require an additional 1 day delay for security.

For wigs: delivery within 2 to 10 working days for France, 4 to 10 working days for International. This does not include weekends and national holidays.
After preparing your order, atracking number is sent to you when your order is transmitted to the carrier.

For DOM-TOM and the international, the order is delivered under 4-10 working days.

Is the shipping free?

Shipping is free. Returns are at your expense.

Can you cut my lace?

No, we cannot cut the lace on our wigs prior to shipping. They are pre-plucked and the knots are bleached, however the way to cut the lace is different on each person. Join us on Instagram for a tutorial on how to cut the lace.

How do I know if my wig is the right size?

You can specify when ordering if you prefer a S, M, L or XL cap. The wigs also have a built-in elastic band that allows you to adjust the size even more.

Single Knot ? Ultra HD ? 13x6 ? 360 ?

It all depends on the desired result. We have several types of tulle, from the most invisible to the most visible: Ultra Hd > Single Knot/Transparent > Classic/Standard. The more natural and invisible the result, the more expensive it will be.
The 13×6 is simply a matter of dimensions: the lace is wider, the part goes deeper. The 13×6 is available in classic and Ultra HD, depending on available stock.
The 360 lace frontal goes around the head and allows you to make high buns and ponytails.

I want to try before I buy, is it possible?

What is a lace wig?

What is the difference between full lace wig and lace front wig?

I suffer from total alopecia. Is a lace wig suitable?

Yes, the lace wig is particularly suitable if you don’t have hair. Indeed, the lace is designed to be undetectable over skin. That’s why those who have hair wear wig caps before putting on their lace wig. On you, the tulle on the skin will be totally undetectable, whether the wig is glued or not.

I have a lot of hair, can I also wear a lace wig?

Yes of course, you’ll just have to “work” a little harder to hide and flatten your hair. Indeed the result is more natural on flat hair and a wig cap that looks like your skin. You’ll need to braid or tuck all your hair back. In this case, choose a wig size above your normal size.
